Just a quick note to let you know that the final episode of our America 250 series is live and available for your viewing pleasure.

We started in Boston, headed to Providence and Newport, New York City and Philadelphia, and now finish off the Great American Road Trip in the “new,” built from the ground up city of Washington, D.C.

We explore DC with the assistance of Scripps News’ correspondent Nathaniel Reed and the photographers John Dukes and Tracy Stouffer, visit the pre-Revolutionary War cobblestone streets of Old Town Alexandria and George Washington’s home nearby in Mount Vernon.
