Omg, the Jeff & Ruth Origin Story! Every detail resonates: Ruth’s album choices, the little Mazda (mannequins as passengers were big in the LA fwy carpool lanes in the 80s), and twinkies, natch!
I actually think it was a tan beret and a black trench coat, but without pictures, there’s no proving nada! Well told, dear! You forgot to say that the little pup tent collapsed on us shortly after the picture was taken! I guess I’ll have to tell my version someday, assuming my memory cooperates.
This is great! Can’t wait for part 5!
I couldn’t love this more!! You two!! 😊❤️ YES to part 5!
Thank you Jolene--On the Road is next!
More please! I love hearing (and seeing) your history and how in so many cases it dovetails to mine. Love the pictures of you and Ruth!
Thanks cousin! And I haven't even gotten to guitar playing yet! I should have inserted a clip of me playing TV themes in this one.
I love the story and can not wait for the next installment. Love you two!!!
Thanks Evelyn! You guys have a great origin story as well--I'd love to hear it one day!

I’m honored to know you both.
Thank you Amie! Love the newsletter format to bring these stories to life with scanned photos that jog the memory. It really is the best!

Thanks so much John! See you next week!
Bring on the next episode!
Thank you Todd! Coming right up.
Yes, do continue, I love the stories. Every time you mention a date, I immediately think, “Ok, what was I doing then.”
Thanks Brian--that's great about the dates.
